Terms of sale
Every purchase on the site www.laltrastoria.it is regulated by the general conditions of sale listed below. The terms and conditions of sale must be read and accepted before confirming the purchase of the products.
Payment Methods
The payment methods available on the site are credit card or PayPal card. We accept all major credit and prepaid cards. The highest levels of security in the protection of personal and payment data are guaranteed.
Transaction amounts and product prices are always calculated in the local currency of the country where the order is shipped. The prices shown are always inclusive of VAT.
Laltrastoria.it guarantees that the amount the customer pays for the goods ordered corresponds exactly to the total amount that appears in the order summary before confirming the order itself. No additional costs are charged on the goods purchased.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated by the system based on the weight/volume ratio. Outside of Italy, they will be calculated from time to time and confirmation will be sent via email to the customer. Shipping is free for orders over €89 for purchases made in Italy.
Delivery Times and Methods
Delivery times are usually 24 to 48 hours (for national deliveries), excluding holidays, and depend on the availability of the products in our warehouse. For delivery to Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia, one or two more days are usually needed.
Upon arrival of an order, an immediate check of availability will be made and, if some items are not immediately available, an email will be sent before shipping with a request for partial shipment authorization indicating the waiting times for the goods not available in stock.
Any delays in deliveries may occur due to force majeure and, in any case, will not be attributable to LALTRASTORIA®.
Return Procedures
The item refused by the buyer must be returned within 15 days of receipt of the product, intact and in its original packaging.
The product must be returned in exactly the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unwashed, unmodified in any way and with all its tags and accessories. Used or tampered items are not accepted, but only items with obvious manufacturing defects or that have been damaged during transport. The refused item must be returned at the buyer's expense to: LALTRASTORIA® - VINCENZI SRL Via Borsellino 2/C, 61032 Fano PU , clearly indicating the reasons for the return.
Yes, you can also return in store always within 15 days of receiving the product. Our stores are located in Fano, Pesaro, Rimini, Senigallia and Rome.
Shipping costs for returns
Transport is paid by LALTRASTORIA® in case of non-compliant product or damaged product. In all other cases (such as size change, right of withdrawal, exchange with another product) transport is paid and paid by the buyer.
Returns of customized products are not accepted: the right of withdrawal does not apply to products customized at the customer's request.
Refunds
As soon as the return is delivered to our warehouse, we will carry out the appropriate checks. If the outcome is positive, we will send an email to confirm the return and the refund arrangement. After a few days you will be able to verify the credit of the amount.

LALTRASTORIA® guarantees that the personal data provided by customers will be used only for the fulfillment of orders and within the limits permitted by current legislation. By submitting the order, the customer accepts their processing and their electronic storage for the needs related to the fulfillment of the order itself. LALTRASTORIA® guarantees that the personal data provided by customers will never be transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Validity of these conditions
These conditions of sale may be modified at any time, without notice. In any case, for each purchase made, the conditions in force at the time of the order apply, read and accepted by the customer before confirming the order itself.
Enforcement of laws
LALTRASTORIA® undertakes to comply with the current legislation on distance selling. For any dispute, the Court of Pesaro-Urbino – Italy is competent.
