What are the timeframes for returning a product?
The item refused by the buyer must be returned within 15 days of receipt of the product, intact and in its original packaging.
How do I return the product?
The product must be returned in exactly the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unwashed, unmodified in any way and with all its tags and accessories. Used or tampered items are not accepted, but only items with obvious manufacturing defects or that have been damaged during transport. Can I return the product to one of your stores?
Yes, you can also return in store always within 15 days of receiving the product. The authorized stores are Fano, Pesaro, Rimini, Senigallia.
What are the shipping costs for returns?
Transport is paid by LALTRASTORIA® in case of non-compliant product or damaged product. In all other cases (such as size change, right of withdrawal, exchange with another product) transport is paid and paid by the buyer.
Returns of customized products are not accepted: the right of withdrawal does not apply to products customized at the customer's request.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as the return is delivered to our warehouse, we will carry out the appropriate checks. If the outcome is positive, we will send an email to confirm the return and the refund arrangement. After a few days you will be able to verify the credit of the amount.
